The Cloud Sea Exhibition Hall is a signature landmark project located in Qingdao’s Shibei District, designed with an innovative light steel framing concept. The exhibition hall adopts a customized steel frame with a building height of 14.4 meters and a total length of 42 meters, featuring the longest light gauge steel beam span reaching 24 meters. The structure combines light steel engineering and advanced light gauge steel sections, forming a cantilever façade on all sides to create a floating visual effect above the urban skyline.
This modern steel exhibition hall integrates flexible interior space and high structural stability, making it an iconic public display venue in the district. The primary steel structure was fabricated and installed using a pipe truss system, ensuring large-span interior space and efficient structural performance. The roof design follows a single slope metal building configuration, providing effective drainage, optimized daylighting, and a clean architectural profile. As the main steel contractor, Xinguangzheng delivered precise engineering, fast installation, and high-quality execution, meeting the exhibition schedule and functional requirements of the event.

The Ethiopia Conference Center is a landmark public building featuring a highly customized light steel frame design tailored for large-scale conferences and international events. The project adopts an innovative light steel frame building system combined with complex three-dimensional curved geometry, ensuring both architectural expression and structural efficiency.
A key architectural highlight is the 14-meter-diameter circular skylight at the center of the roof, which radiates outward in a spiral layout with a maximum span radius of 28 meters. Both the inner and outer ring structures utilize precision-bent rectangular steel sections. The outer ring is formed by eight custom-fabricated curved steel beams accurately assembled into a perfect circle, while the inner ring is produced through hot-bending technology to achieve high-precision curved surfaces.
This conference center demonstrates the flexibility and performance advantages of light steel frame structures in complex architectural applications, delivering excellent load-bearing capacity, efficient construction, and a modern iconic appearance suitable for international conference venues and public buildings.

Project Overview:
The Qingdao Agricultural University (Pingdu Campus) is a large-scale educational complex located in Nancun Town, Pingdu City, designed to support modern teaching, research, and campus life. The campus consists of around 30 individual buildings, several of which adopt advanced steel structure solutions to meet architectural, functional, and aesthetic requirements.
A key highlight of the project is the steel roof structure of the No.1 Library skylight, featuring a span of 36 meters and a height of 42 meters, with a total steel consumption of approximately 125 tons. The structure integrates metal deck framing and steel floor framing systems to achieve long-span openness, structural stability, and efficient load transfer while enhancing natural daylighting.
Another landmark structure is the campus landscape tower, reaching a height of 47 meters with a total steel tonnage of about 240 tons. Each steel column measures up to 21 meters in length and weighs approximately 18 tons, showcasing complex geometry, precise fabrication, and refined installation techniques. The internal circulation systems, including staircases, are supported by robust steel stair frame designs, ensuring durability, safety, and architectural consistency.
Overall, the project demonstrates how modern steel structure technology can be seamlessly integrated into school and public building developments, delivering flexible layouts, iconic architectural forms, and long-term performance for educational facilities.
