CNC Cutting and Drilling
We utilize German Messer CNC plasma cutting machines with an accuracy of ±1mm.
Component Assembly and Automated Welding

Shot Blasting
The entire component passes through a large shot blasting machine, thoroughly removing surface scale and impurities to achieve the highest Sa2.5 grade.
Dust-Free Painting
In a separate, dust-free, temperature-controlled spray booth, we apply multiple layers of anti-corrosion paint to ensure strong adhesion and durability.
Finished Product Inspection and Packaging
The finished product undergoes final inspection for dimensions, appearance, and paint film thickness, and is professionally packaged to prevent damage during transportation.
